6 Perenial Herbs to Grow (and what to make with them)

One of the great joys of summer is being able to garden; and one of the great joys of being able to garden is being able to use what you grow. That's where herbs come in -- or better yet, perennial herbs (meaning that they'll grow back next year.) Here's a few of our favourites to fill your green space with that are easy for even brown thumbs to grow.
1. Fresh chive vinaigrette from Bon Appetit
2. Lavender bath salts from Lia Griffith
3. Butternut squash linguine with fried sage Cookie and Kale
4. Lemon-thyme soda from ABC Kitchen for GQ
5. Lemon balm tea from Bev Cooks
6. Cucumber feta and mint salad from Alexandra Cooks
