Recipe Box: Smoothies


With a busy schedule, it can be hard to find the time to eat in the morning before getting out the door. All too often, in the battle against extra sleep, a nutritious breakfast looses. Smoothies are a healthy (and delicious) way to start the day, but the best part is they are quick and easy to make! And as an added bonus, they make a mean mid-day snack to curb your hunger. Here's a few of our personal favourites:
