Get Inspired: Fashion from Across the Pond!

Brits are well-known for their trendsetting abilities and unique fashions. Rebecca recently returned from a quick jaunt to London and hit Canadian soil full of British style inspiration. Floral: both pretty & sweet floral, and big & funky prints were all over London

Distressed: great distressed denim for under $100 each

Embellished: sequins, silver thread detail, appliqué, bejewelled, glitz & glam...you get the picture.

Chambray: 100% Cotton, lightweight denim. The casual nature of the fabric (shown here in cool denim blue) makes the dressier cuts of these pieces work for day or night.

Military: tough, shoulders, buttons & brass, structure. Bring out your inner G.I. Jane

The key to these trends is how to wear them. Mix military, distressed denim or chambray with floral to add a little edge and to cut the sweetness.
